Sound Therapy
feel calmer, less stressed, more balanced
Maybe you’re not in crisis. But you’re not okay either.
You’re doing the things — showing up for work, managing the household, keeping it together for the people who count on you. But under the surface, something’s not right. The tension won’t go away. The spark is gone. The silence, when it comes, is louder than expected.
Whether you're feeling constantly on edge, flat, or nothing at all… our specially filtered music can help.
And no, this isn’t about background music or meditation playlists.
This is about helping your nervous system reset, better enabling calmness, peace and connection - both within yourself, and with others.
Sound Therapy Can Help
You don’t have to push so hard just to feel okay
Our bodies remember everything — even the things we never talk about. Old stress, emotional shutdown, years of holding it all together — it still lives in us.
The Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) and Rest & Restore Protocol (RRP) are music-based therapies that help calm the body, regulate the nervous system, and create the conditions for real healing and growth.
The music won’t ask you to dig through painful memories or find the perfect words. It’ll just ask you to show up — as you are — and let your system do what it was designed to do: heal.
What it actually looks like:
Using music as therapy isn’t like “talk therapy.”
Instead, you’ll use your own phone to listen to specially filtered music in the comfort of your own home, with support and guidance tailored to how your body is responding — not how someone else thinks it should go.
Some people notice early in the process. Mostly, people experience them slowly, like a weight starting to lift.
How can therapeutic music make me feel better?
There are two listening protocols that we use in our sound therapy. Here’s a simple breakdown of what each protocol supports and how they work to help you feel more like yourself again.
Rest & Restore Protocol (RRP)
Deepens your body’s ability to rest and repair
Encourages emotional grounding and stillness
Supports long-term nervous system balance
Helps maintain regulation between sessions
Ideal for those wanting slower, steadier progress
Designed to build capacity, not just reduce stress
Complements other therapies by helping the nervous system “hold” the gains
Available in-person or remotely
Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP)
Gently calms the fight-or-flight response
Helps you feel more at ease in your own body
Reduces sound sensitivity and reactivity
Eases anxiety, especially in social settings
Can improve focus and reduce overwhelm
Supports emotional resilience — less snapping, more patience
Beneficial for children with anxiety, sensory challenges, or school-related struggles
Available in-person or remotely
You don’t need to know which one is right. That’s what we’re here for. We’ll figure it out together.
Ready to live freer and happier?
Getting started with music therapy is simple
Once you decide you’re ready to start, we can usually have you up and running by the end of the week.
Before starting, you will complete a questionnaire that will help us understand your nervous system’s responses to stress. Your listening therapy experience will be tailored to your nervous system, and we will continue to monitor your experience so that you get the greatest benefits. If you are currently working with a mental health professional, it is important for your SSP/RRP clinician to collaborate with them to maximize its effectiveness.
One of the beautiful things about music therapy is that it is so accessible! All you need to do is download an app, get yourself a specific headset & you’re ready to start listening.

You’re Not Too Much. It’s Not Too Late.
Whether you’re reaching out for yourself, your child, or just exploring what’s possible… know this:
There is no “right way” to heal. And you don’t have to do it alone.
Music therapy is here to support you — quietly, gently, at your own pace, in your own home. With guidance that meets you where you are, not where someone else thinks you should be.
Let’s explore if it’s the right fit — together.
Not Just for Adults
Many families are surprised to learn that these same protocols are incredibly effective with children — especially those who are:
Struggling with anxiety or emotional outbursts
Facing challenges at school (focus, overwhelm, behavioural responses)
Sensitive to sound or overstimulated by busy environments
Because SSP and RRP support the nervous system directly, we often see improvements in regulation, attention, and mood — without the child needing to talk through everything.
Your Music Therapy Package Includes:
Access to one Protocol (SSP or RRP) for up to one year, to complete *ONE* round of that Protocol’s main pathway
One online session to start your listening experience
Regular progress check-ins during your listening journey
$450 CAD (that’s about $330 USD)
